The location was spectacular and the owners were so warm and helpful. They made great recommendations and assistance with dinner reservations. Our window opened to a stunning view of the water and it was extra spectacular at sunset and sunrise. Nice european breakfast with cooked to order eggs and requisite cappucino go start your day. Most people have to stay in AirbnB in Manarola but if you can snag a room here I highly recommend it!

Amazing staff, location, building environment and service. Whatever I am able to write will fall short of the beautiful experience this place is willing to provide to the guests. Donatella, Jessica and Alberto make your stay a pleasant and adorable one. Their friendliness and kindness match perfectly with the cozy atmosphere at that place, from the furniture to the delicious breakfast. We are dying to come back. Lydice & Gustavo ( room 1)

The hospitality was amazing,location was sensational and the breakfast is a must. Has to be the best cappuccino we have had in all of Italy with fresh cooked eggs or pancakes, there is fresh fruit salad, could go on and on.

Hotel is very clean, room 8 was clean, and really nice with a big balcony with really nice city view. Staff is amazing, nice and helpful. They made a reservation at a nice local restaurant for us. Delicious breakfast.

This is a wonderful little hotel. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Main Street in Manarola. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable tips to make the most of our short stay in 5Terre. It's a small village so everything is literally a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would love to come back!

Perfect location, very friendly staff. Very clean and well equipped room, we had a top floor balcony over the main street. It was nice to sit there and watch tourists buzzing by. I would definitely recommend this as a basis to explore 5 Terre. Good breakfast, too.

The hotel had an amazing location in the village of Manarola, next to the harbour. From our room you could see the sea on the one side and on the other the village main path. Very spacious, clean, with good amenities. The staff were very friendly. It was located near the cinque terre train, just 5 minutes walk.

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect. It was a 7 minute walk from the train station and we didn't have to walk up many steep hills. It was right by the water which was great. The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. It was a great size and the bathroom was awesome. We were only here 2 nights and I wish we could've stayed longer. The price was also very reasonable for how nice it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am so glad we stayed in Monarola it was our favorite of the "5 towns."

Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Manarola. Staff really helpful. Very clean. Happy to store our luggage as continued our walking. Would highly recommend and hope to come back sometime.

Modern, clean, bright & friendly atmosphere. Staff was very kind & helpful. Allowed us to also hold luggage after checkout & helped with carrying luggage. Also helped a friend find a stay at another hotel since this one was booked. Very comfortable, & balcony looked out over the street.

We had a very nice room with see view where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The beds were comfortable, bathroom well equipped and the owners were very nice. They helped us with information regarding hiking routes, where to eat - got to trust them they know what the recommend.

Perfectly situated in the town of Manarola, Cinque Terre. Gorgeous well kept property only steps away from restaurants, train station and the water. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are simple but elegant, equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend the Suite on the top level the views are spectacular.

I highly recommend this hotel. I travelled with my girlfriend and we got a room with sea view. Its in my opinion the best location in Cinque Terre. The hotel was great. During the day there are many tourists but if you go inside the hotel its really peaceful. The family who run this property has make us feel warm. Very heartwarming. They were always really helpful and shared with us some recommendations and tips during our stay in Cinque Terre. They even helped us book a restaurant. The rooms were clean. On the last day we decided to have breakfast. We didnt regret it. We didnt have high expectations but it was really good. Large variety and healthy food. The family prepared pancakes, coffee and scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Jessica, Alberto and Micaela. It was an unforgettable trip.

A modern little hotel with wonderful owners. Alfredo and Jessica were extremely welcoming and great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They have great advise about the area; when ,where and how to visit places. ( superb English too). The room was modern , comfortable and spotless with a view right onto the street. (Though peaceful at night) A great location to visit the other towns by trek or train. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of products , freshly cooked as you arrived.
